THIS SECTION IS STILL BEING DEVELOPED AND WILL BE UPDATED FURTHER. ANYTHING ADDED LATER WILL ONLY APPLY TO NEW ORDERS.
1.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order after 48 hours of not receiving a valid proof of payment or reflected funds.
1.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order or item in an order if an item has been ordered but is not available. The customer will also have the right to cancel the order for a full refund in this case or request a refund for that item.
2 Returns and refunds policy.
2.1 Once an order has been placed but not paid for it may be cancelled without liability for payment or penalty.
2.2 Once an order has been paid for but not yet dispatched and not plants have yet been uprooted then the order may be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours after paying without any penalty and will receive a full refund within 48 hours after notice of cancellation has been received or funds have been received.
2.3.1 Once any plants of an order have been uprooted or 48 hours have passed since payment then the order may be cancelled by the customer but the customer will be liable to a handling fee of 10% of the total cost of products.
2.4 Once an order has been dispatched, delivered or received by the customer or any third party of the customer then the order may be cancelled within 48 hours by the customer but will be subject to a handling fee totaling 15% of the cost of products.
2.4.1 Courier fees to and back are at the customers cost.
2.4.2 Plants are subject to assessment and we reserve the right to deny cancellation if we suspect any plant has been damaged by the customer or by their own courier.
2.4.2 Refunds are made within 48 hours after the return plant/s have been received and have passed for a refund and any electronic payments have reflected in our account.
